Effect of occupational risk factors in cancer incidence in Iran: a Systematic Review

Background: Cancer is the main cause of death in developed countries and second developing countries. The aim this study was to review occupational risk factors cancer incident Iran.
 Materials Methods: present systematic done based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines Persian articles with no time limits publication collected from January 2019 April Sid, Magiran Google Scholar Databases. Some search terms including “job” or “occupation” “occupational exposure” “cancer” “neoplasm were used.
 Results: A total number 103 detected. After applying inclusion exclusion criteria, finally 18 studies remained 13897 sample size 7187 diagnosed patients. Most included researched non-melanoma skin as most studied sunlight exposure carcinogenic reported factor. Among researches, only four directly related 1837 604 various cancers workers that focused kidney, bladder mesothelioma (Pleural Perivascular mesothelioma) .The results showed that, some occupations more than others.
 Conclusion: researches factor respectively. As regard importance effective incidence , identification control work environment should be a key element national program specially So it recommended develop field Iran.
